Product description

It is our obligation, but also our main care, that the information given on the website www.sucasa.gr and concerning the quality, quantity, main characteristics and prices of the products be absolutely accurate.
However, on your computer screen some products may appear slightly different in size, color and texture compared to reality.

Product prices

The prices listed in the relevant catalogs next to each product include VAT.

These prices refer to the quantities that are available, while www.sucasa.gr reserves the right to modify the description and prices of its products without prior notification, but undertakes, upon fulfillment of your order, to ship the products you ordered with the features and prices posted on its website at the time of the order.

Payment methods

1. With card:
   Every purchase from the www.sucasa.gr website is carried out at the buyer’s option with the possibility of payment with VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards. Transactions are carried out securely electronically, in real time, between the Buyer and the card owner with the Bank which processes the transaction on behalf of www.sucasa.gr. In this process, www.sucasa.gr has no participation and the sensitive information of your credit / debit card is not stored in its system.
   In the event that the buyer carrying out the transaction is not the same person as the owner of the Credit Card, www.sucasa.gr​​ bears no responsibility and has no obligation to refund money.
2. Cash on delivery:
   You can pay the courier server by delivering the products to your place. There is no additional charge for COD shipments in Greece.
   Cash on delivery does not apply to product shipments abroad.

   The cost of the bank commission is borne by the Customer.

Shipping Products

Products are sent by GENERAL POST courier and delivered safely to the address you specify within one or three working days from the day of payment of the order. For orders outside Greece, the products are sent again by courier in two to seven working days from the confirmation of the order.

www.sucasa.gr​​ ​​does not recognize the existence of any responsibility in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather phenomena, strikes and force majeure in which case the above delivery deadline will be extended as long as the reason for the delay lasts.

Shipping charges are calculated and suggested on the order form. The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents. The customer has the possibility to choose the type of document he wants (retail receipt or invoice), by filling in the corresponding field on the website.

Returns Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return part or all of the products you purchased within fourteen (14) days starting from the day following the order. It is emphasized that only products can be exchanged and no refunds can be made.

Discounted current season products are only exchanged for discounted products and not for non-discounted products.

We are sorry, but there are no changes to products belonging to last season (usually all sale products with discounts greater than​​  -50%).

It is clarified that returned products must not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and the tags accompanying the product must be present, exactly as they were when you received it together with the retail receipt or invoice. You will still need to contact us via e-mail at sucasashop@gmail.com or phone 2155159632 to give you instructions and a return code.

Return costs – resend – change SUCASA undertakes them for the whole of Greece. For Cyprus, the corresponding costs are borne by the customer. Our store accepts only one exchange for each product. The reshipment – exchange is free for the whole of Greece.

If the corresponding product you want is not available (e.g. a larger size), the amount of the purchase of the specific product is credited to your account and can be used in any new order you wish.

DEFECTIVE product

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, www.sucasa.gr will make every effort to replace it with an identical or similar product at no additional cost to you. However, you should inform us by e-mail so that we can send you instructions for returning the product as well as a return code. If the product ceases to be available, a replacement with an equivalent product can be made by agreement.

www.sucasa.gr​​ has no guarantee policy. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear and tear, misuse and destruction when removing the tags.

Limitations of Liability

For all the products contained in the catalogs of www.sucasa.gr there are clear indications of the availability of our warehouse. The transaction will be considered completed only after a written electronic confirmation has been sent.
