Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel the order during the online order process, you can press “cancel” and the order process is automatically stopped. If you have already placed your order and have a customer account in our online store, please contact us.

Returns Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return part or all of the products you purchased within fourteen (14) days starting from the day following the order. It is emphasized that only products can be exchanged and no refunds can be made.

Discounted current season products are only exchanged for discounted products and not for non-discounted products.

We are sorry, but there are no changes to products belonging to last season (usually all sale products with discounts greater than​​  -50%).

It is clarified that returned products must not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and the tags accompanying the product must be present, exactly as they were when you received it together with the retail receipt or invoice. You will still need to contact us via e-mail at sucasashop@gmail.com or phone 2155159632 to give you instructions and a return code.

Return costs – resend – change SUCASA undertakes them for the whole of Greece. For Cyprus, the corresponding costs are borne by the customer. Our store accepts only one exchange for each product. The reshipment – exchange is free for the whole of Greece.

If the corresponding product you want is not available (e.g. a larger size), the amount of the purchase of the specific product is credited to your account and can be used in any new order you wish.
